Is the Electro Max 2000W suitable for tabletop fondue and hotpot?
I host dinner gatherings regularly and need a reliable portable burner for the dining table. Does this cooktop maintain steady heat without taking up too much room?

We used it for a family hot pot evening last weekend. The touch panel responded instantly and it was very simple to wipe down afterward.
